Toby is in charge of the residential sales side of the business which is a necessary addition now that PMM manages many hundreds of properties. Whilst PMM originally started focused on Property Management, the reverse of most real estate agencies, the growth of the business has demanded the services of a residential sales professional.

Meagan began her real estate career in 1989 and immediately found her niche in Property Management. After gaining valuable experience working for some of Melbourne’s leading real estate agencies, Meagan joined Australian Property Investor in 2005 to establish and manage a boutique portfolio of properties.

Meticulous and highly organised, Meagan prides herself on providing an exceptional level of friendly, efficient and professional service to all her clients. Meagan has a comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and vast experience with Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal hearings.

Chelsea’s love and interest in property led her to chase a career in Real Estate.

Starting out as a Trainee Property Manager Chelsea used her time to watch, learn and understand Real Estate. The choice was clear very quickly for her – Property Management was where her passion lay.
