The initial letting fee is free and if your property is already tenanted we will give you a credit for a free letting which usually amounts to 4% of the yearly rent.*
We also offer one low management fee which covers everything. Some Agents will offer lower rates but then add other costs for VCAT appearances, tenant checks etc. These other hidden costs will often add a further 2% to your management bill also charging 2 weeks rent or 4% as a Letting Fee; this in turn creates a 5% management rate becoming 11% and you never stopped to add it all up.
